The room was really clean and the shower had nice hot water. I felt safe with the external gates. I loved relaxing by the pool and enjoying the cozy lounge area. having no blinds in the bathroom did feel a bit odd, especially being on the ground floor. Just be sure to keep curtains closed during the day! 😊

I had a wonderful stay, enjoying the clean and modern decor of the room while being just a short walk from north acton playing fields, which offered a perfect spot for leisurely strolls and fresh air. the staff was friendly and always ready to help, making my stay even more enjoyable.

I was really impressed with how clean and comfortable my room was during my stay. The staff were friendly and accommodating, allowing me to check in earlier than expected, which was a nice touch. The calm location was perfect for relaxation, but do keep in mind it's a bit far from central London. A small writing desk would have been a helpful addition for my work.
